How long will my carpets take to dry?

Typically between 3-4 hours.

Can I walk on my carpets straight away?

Absolutely, however we encourage using socks.

Do you install carpets?

No we don’t, we only clean them.

Can you remove rust from carpets?

No. Certain stains such as rust, blood, mold and turmeric do not come out.

Does you tile clean fix cracks in my tiles?

No. Our clean is a deep tile clean, however it does not seal any cracks or chips.

How often should I get my carpets clean?

Your carpets should be cleaned every 6-12 months.

Do I need to remove furniture before the clean?

it is always helpful to the team if all furniture is removed prior, however it is not a requirement.

Can cleaning the carpets help with allergies?

Absolutely. Carpet fibers trap dust, pollen and pet dander, which deep cleaning can remove, improving indoor air quality.

Is the carpet cleaning safe for animals and children?

Yes it is.

Do you clean curtains on site?

No. In order to get curtains 100% clean, we take them away where they will be cleaned and dried correctly.

Will the clean shrink my curtains?

No. We asses all curtains prior to cleaning them and then adapt the cleaning method to suit the curtain fabrics, length and weight, and then use custom rails for the curtains to dry on, preventing them from water marking and shrinking.
